Doug Davis is a native of east Tennessee. Witnessing the prejudices and racism of the Jim Crow era imbued Davis with a lifelong interest in fair treatment of all peoples. Working hard to apply principles of equality, he has owned and operated a landscape contracting business for the past thirty years in the South.
